Founded in 2013 by sisters Chiara and Giuliana Macchiavello, ESCVDO is inspired by and dedicated to the duo’s Peruvian heritage, focusing on ancestral weaving techniques with a modern take and ethical approach.
Spun from pure cotton yarn, the 'Motupe' is a fully-handcrafted, mock neck top featuring a crochet stitching style called “Peregrino”, inspired by shells depicted in Inca and Moche iconography.
