Founded in 2016 by designer Marina Cortbawi, Brooklyn-based Merlette thoughtfully crafts its garments from all natural, high-quality materials (cotton, wools and silks) with bespoke finishes — perfect for building a timeless wardrobe.

The MAI Top is an enchanting study in refined and versatility. Crafted in mid-weight 100% Cotton Jersey, this gathered top offers a perfect balance of structure and softness. The cropped length is accentuated by a self-tie belt at the waist, creating a cinched, flattering silhouette that can be transformed by the placement of the knot.
