Lucia Beaded Pouch

Pura Uta is a Guatemalan brand focused on traditional Mayan beadmaking. It takes two women, three working days, 24'400 glass beads and a whole lot of know-how, cultivated talent and patience to make just one Pura Utz pouch.

This bucket-style pouch is hand-woven from glass beads into an intricate floral tapestry design. Shimmering chartreuse yellow-green and cream beads form the primary matrix, detailed with a repeating pattern of rich chocolate brown and orange botanical blossoms that extend across the slouchy silhouette into a pair of matching braided top handles.
