The NY-born Londoner Michael Halpern is fashion’s go-to for fantasy and nostalgic glamour with a modern sensibility. Winner of the 2017 British Emerging Talent Award, he trained under Oscar de la Renta and Donatella Versace (at her couture atelier) before launching his line in 2017.
