Prior to launching jewelry label Deepa Gurnani with husband Jay Lakhani, Deepa beaded couture pieces for Alexander McQueen, Emanuel Ungaro and Fendi. Inspired by the intricacy of couture and fine jewelry making, each piece is entirely embroidered by hand.
