Lunar King

Lunar King is a surreal celestial portrait. A central figure — part eye, part starburst, part crowned silhouette — radiates outwards, encircled by a halo of stitched arcs and compass-like points. Small planets, stars, and mysterious marks drift across the cream layered cosmology. The piece balances sacredness with play: a symbolic map, a myth in cloth, a quiet ruler of an imagined sky. Crafted from layered antique silk sarees, and linen with precise embroidery, it invites contemplation — a guiding friend for any space.   All tapestries are editions of 50, regardless of size or customisation. Once the last one sells, it is then added to the archives and not for sale.
