1. The EASY Pant
More comfortable than denim, more polished than loungewear, easy pants have become the new wardrobe MVP. The silhouette we’re seeing on every tastemaker is a loose, straight-to-wide leg with an adjustable waistband (either drawstring or elastic), cut from a crisp, non-stretch fabric like silk, cotton, taffeta, or linen. It’s an off-duty look that can be easily dressed up or down, but styling is key. Take notes from our styling director, Colin Welch, who paired Comme Si’s new silk bias pants with a white tunic shirt and a Meridian Swimwear bikini peeking out from under. “When working with a more relaxed separate, it’s all about rethinking how it’s styled so it doesn't feel too loungy,” he says. “Ground it with a top that feels polished yet equally undone. This contrast keeps the look considered but still effortless.” Some other noteworthy styles include new-to-Moda DONNI.’s taffeta polka dots, Leset’s Kyoto barrel leg, and Third Form’s Moda-exclusive lace-trimmed pants.
