- Use fingertip or Tapered Multi-Brush and tap powder onto eyelid and anywhere else makeup usually transfers (below brow bone, under eyes).
- Gently tap over Precision Colour Pencil using brush or finger tip.
- Repeat steps if desired to intensify color.
- Oil Control: Use pouf or finger tips to gently pat powder on oily sections of face where a matte finish is desired.
