Founded in 1990 by Brooklyn-born designer Alexis Bittar, the eponymous brand is celebrated for its sculptural metalwork and signature Lucite jewelry. Bittar’s journey began with hand-carving pieces in his apartment, eventually earning the CFDA’s Accessory Designer of the Year award in 2010. The designer has collaborated with fashion icons from Michael Kors to Patricia Field for “Sex and the City.”
