Founded in 2016 by designer Marina Cortbawi, Brooklyn-based Merlette thoughtfully crafts its garments from all natural, high-quality materials (cotton, wools and silks) with bespoke finishes — perfect for building a timeless wardrobe.

Effortless and breezy, the 'Cadere' dress—rendered in lightweight 100% cotton voile—fuses romantic details with modern sensibilities. The raw-edged ruffled yoke and tiered skirt lend movement and dimension, while short sleeves and a mini length keep the look fresh. Trocus shell buttons punctuate the bodice, and an elastic waistband ensures a flattering, comfortable fit.
