Moscone's new fluid bubble silhouette is hand smocked by joining four dots into a center point, creating a stunning foulard inspired four-leaf floral motif. A light-as-air silk chiffon overlay features a subtle hand-sewn bead at the center of each flower. The three dimensional embroidery married with the modern dot-printed twill creates a young yet refined silhouette.
