Designer Johanna Senyk is reinventing upcycled fashion, sourcing deadstock fabrics from European fashion houses to craft era-transcending pieces. “Recycling is only worthwhile if you create quality pieces that stand the test of time,” Senyk explains.
Made from luxury cotton twill, the ‘Bijou’ shorts (much like its name alludes to) are decorated with large individually sourced vintage couture buttons from different decades.
