Paperbark Silk Dress

The Paperbark Dress is a is a floor length gown with delicate cartridge pleating extending down the front body. All pattern pieces within this dress are individually lined and all seams and darts are hand sewn with a fagoting stitch, creating a delicate 2mm sliver of negative space between each piece. Rouleau loops and akoya shell buttons fasten the dress at the centre back.
