Folded Ribbon Silk Gown

The Folded Ribbon Gown is a floor length gown with a folded ribbon-like panel delicately suspended between the bodice and skirt. Its geometric shapes and delicate folds are designed to buoyantly hang from the body. All pattern pieces within this dress are individually lined and all seams and darts are hand sewn with a fagoting stitch, creating a delicate 2mm sliver of negative space between each piece. Rouleau loops and akoya shell buttons fasten the dress at centre back.
