Concertina Ribbon Silk Dress

The Concertina Ribbon Dress is constructed from long ribbon-like panels that have been delicately hand sewn together and concertina pleated. Its geometric shapes and delicate folds are designed to effortlessly skim over body. All pattern pieces within this dress are individually lined and all seams and darts are hand sewn with a fagoting stitch, creating a delicate 2mm sliver of negative space between each piece. Rouleau loops and akoya shell buttons fasten the dress at centre back.
