MOKSH

Indian jeweler Milan Tanvir Chokshi puts his own modern spin on Mughal-inspired designs that are at once wearable and true to their heritage. Signature to the label is its use of keshi pearls, which are hand-drilled, hand-woven, and then delicately hand-stitched into an 18K gold framework. Each piece takes months to craft, and often comes finished with emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and diamonds.

Editor’s pick: the Taantvi ring and earrings—both feature Japanese keshi pearls woven with silk thread.
