Le Potager Du Roi Les Fruits Salad/Dessert Plate, Apple

Inspired by the celebrated harvests of Le Potager du Roi in Versailles, this salad/dessert plate honors the fruit that were cultivated as a collection of hundreds of rare and heirloom varieties in the court of Louis XIV.

The apple - prized within the King’s garden - is rendered as a fine hand-painted botanical study, celebrating the beauty of nature elevated to an art form.

Entirely hand-formed and hand-painted in France, this piece reflects Z.d.G.’s dedication to preserving the noble traditions of French master craftsmanship and decorative arts.
