Glazed Ceramic Ashtray Set

Based in New England, Materia Designs works with local artisans to craft made-to-order furniture and lighting that highlights the raw, organic beauty of natural materials.

This ceramic ashtray set features two low-profile, freeform vessels modeled after textured shells. Sold as a pair, each piece contrasts a rough, stony gray underside with a glossy, heavily pooled purple interior glaze that accentuates the hand-sculpted dips and ridges.
