ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Same Day Delivery is offered as a convenience and it is our goal to deliver eligible orders on the same day when placed before 11:00 AM ET on a Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), but is not a guarantee. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, traffic, inventory discrepancies, system outages, conditions at the delivery location, and other unforeseen circumstances, and Moda Operandi is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from late or failed delivery attempts.
• The $35 Same Day Delivery fee is non-refundable once your order has been placed, and the method of shipping may not be changed after that time. The Same Day Delivery fee will apply to each order placed for Same Day Delivery, even if more than one order is placed for Same Day Delivery on the same day. Refunds of this delivery fee are at Moda Operandi's sole discretion and will be considered only in cases where delivery failure is attributable to Moda Operandi's error. Circumstances beyond our control or customer-related errors or delivery failures do not qualify for fee refunds.
• Moda Operandi is not responsible for packages after delivery to the shipping address, including theft, loss, or damage.
• Moda Operandi may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Same Day Delivery service at any time, without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to eligible ZIP codes, delivery fees, cutoff times, item eligibility, delivery windows, and these terms.
