SAME DAY DELIVERY
We are now offering Same Day Delivery to the following Manhattan ZIP Codes:

• 10065
• 10022
• 10028
• 10128
• 10075
The fee for Same Day Delivery is $35 per order. Orders must be placed on a Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 11:00 AM ET for orders to be delivered the same day. Holidays for which Same Day Delivery is not available include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (or the Friday before, if it falls on a weekend), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Same Day Delivery is only eligible for certain on-hand, available items. Trunkshow and Preorder items are excluded, as well as any items marked not eligible for expedited shipping.
SHOP ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Customers shipping an order to an address within an eligible zip code can select Same Day Delivery at checkout if all items in their cart are eligible. If any items in the cart are not eligible, the option will not appear. Same Day Delivery orders require a phone number and a signature upon delivery.
Our standard return policy and process apply. In addition, the below terms apply to the Same Day Delivery service:
• Same Day Delivery is offered as a convenience and it is our goal to deliver eligible orders on the same day when placed before 11:00 AM ET on a Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), but is not a guarantee. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, traffic, inventory discrepancies, system outages, conditions at the delivery location, and other unforeseen circumstances, and Moda Operandi is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from late or failed delivery attempts. If you place an order for Same Day Delivery (a) after 11:00am ET on a Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), we will attempt to deliver the order on that day or the following business day, or (b) on a weekend or holiday, we will attempt to deliver it on the next business day.
• The $35 Same Day Delivery fee is non-refundable once your order has been placed, and the method of shipping may not be changed after that time. The Same Day Delivery fee will apply to each order placed for Same Day Delivery, even if more than one order is placed for Same Day Delivery on the same day. Refunds of this delivery fee are at Moda Operandi's sole discretion and will be considered only in cases where delivery failure is attributable to Moda Operandi's error. Circumstances beyond our control or customer-related errors or delivery failures do not qualify for fee refunds.
• Moda Operandi is not responsible for packages after delivery to the shipping address, including theft, loss, or damage.
• Moda Operandi may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Same Day Delivery service at any time, without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to eligible ZIP codes, delivery fees, cutoff times, item eligibility, delivery windows, and these terms.
