Bucolic and low-key, this spot has more in common with a secret garden than your average city rooftop (hardly surprising, considering it’s done by design firm Roman & Williams). That it’s located within New York’s hottest new hotel is reason alone to visit, but it’s the creative cocktail list that will keep crowds waiting at the (non-pretentious) door. Those with adventurous tastes should try the Everything Bagel Gin Fizz. It’s actually delicious (and has far fewer carbs than the name suggests).
