Founded in 1951, the Italian house symbolizes glamorous and timeless power dressing like no other. To celebrate Max Mara's 70th anniversary this year, designer Ian Griffiths honed in on house signatures, breathing fresh life into teddy coats, long lines, and luxe fabrications set to endure for seasons. On cue, find luxe wool spun with cashmere into a diamond-quilted vest and their trademark teddy iterated across multiple silhouettes, from an oversized, menswear-inspired overcoat to plush bombers. The latter, along with plaid and checked tailoring, strikes a country glamour that’s offset by floaty kilts and blouses in silk organza.
The buy: the Gang camel wool long-lined coat. We love it.
