The designer: Bill Gaytten became creative director in 2011 having worked with John Galliano (at both Dior and the eponymous line) for over twenty years.   This season it’s about: Rich textures inspired by Asian decoration take the form of lush burnout velvet, bronze metallic and gilded jacquards across daytime tailoring and gowns covered-up but still sexy. The intricate craftsmanship looks particularly fabulous on a hero coat, complete with tassels.
